COCIE
The Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE) is a property database that, unlike a listing database (i.e. a traditional MLS), a property database system includes an inventory of all properties whether listed or not. Both Columbus REALTORS® members and non-members can enter listings in COCIE as well as their listing photo(s) and attachments. However, only COCIE Participant listings will display on the Commercial Property Search available to the public.
Columbus REALTORS® awarded Diamond Commercial Services Accreditation from NAR for 2025-26!
Columbus REALTORS® has been awarded the Diamond Commercial Services Accreditation from the National Association of REALTORS® for 2025–26. Diamond is the highest level in NAR’s Commercial Services Accreditation program and reflects meeting extensive benchmarks that support commercial members and services. NAR’s Commercial Services Accreditation recognizes REALTOR® associations that develop and deliver strong commercial services and engagement. The award carries a $1,000 scholarship to invest in continued commercial services for members. In 2024-25, Columbus REALTORS® received Gold Commercial Services Accreditation.
