Supra One (BrokerBay)

Supra One/BrokerBay is an online showing management platform that integrates with FlexMLS. It allows agents to:

·       Schedule showings

·       Manage showing instructions

·       Receive showing notifications

·       Coordinate access to listings

·       Collect showing feedback

Yes. Supra One is included as part of your Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS subscription.

You need to claim your account. Launch SupraOne by logging into the Columbus REALTORS® Member Portal, then going to FlexMLS using Single Sign-On. Once you are in FlexMLS, select Menu in the top left corner, then → BrokerBay under "Products".

Yes. Supra One is available for iOS and Android. Set your password from the Supra One desktop application under Profile → Account Settings.

Open the listing in FlexMLS and click Schedule Showing. Listings configured for SupraOne open in SupraOne; listings configured for ShowingTime open in ShowingTime. The showing service is selected per listing.

Yes. Your account already exists—you only need to verify your contact information.

Yes. The listing determines which showing service is used.

To avoid duplicate showing requests, agents should disable the showing service they are not using.

If you are using SupraOne/BrokerBay

In ShowingTime:

1. Open Listing Agent – Showing Preferences.
2. Find Allow Agents To Request Appointments Online.
3. Select No.
4. Save your changes.

This is a global setting and prevents ShowingTime from accepting online showing requests for your listings.

If you are using ShowingTime

In SupraOne/BrokerBay:

1. Open the listing.
2. Go to Showing Configuration.
3. Turn on the Turn Off Showings toggle at the top of the page.
4. Click Save.

This setting must be updated separately for each active listing.

No.

While the Supra One app allows you to unlock a Supra lockbox when you have an approved showing appointment, it does not replace the Supra eKEY app or provide all of the lockbox management features available in eKEY.

You should continue using the Supra eKEY app for functions such as:

• Managing your Supra key and account
• Updating key settings and preferences
• Viewing lockbox inventory and details
• Performing administrative lockbox functions
• Accessing other eKEY features not available in SupraOne

The Supra One app is designed to streamline the showing experience by allowing you to schedule showings, communicate with clients, and unlock Supra lockboxes directly from a scheduled appointment. However, the Supra eKEY app remains the primary application for managing your Supra key and lockboxes.

Log into Supra One/BrokerBay and choose Add Access Instructions next to your listing.

Yes. Authorized assistants and office administrators can manage listings based on assigned permissions.

Yes. SupraOne allows you to temporarily block showing availability.

An optional upgrade where trained concierge representatives coordinate scheduling on your behalf. It is not included in your subscription as a Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS Subscriber.

·       Individual Agent — $15.00/month

·       Brokerage Subscription — $6.75 per agent/month (entire office)

Step 1: Go to Supra One

Open your browser and go to:

https://edge.brokerbay.com

You'll see the Supra One sign-in screen.

Step 2: Select "Forgot Password?"

Click Forgot Password?

Even if you've never created a password before, this is how you'll activate your account.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the same email address associated with your MLS account.

Click Send Recovery Link.

Step 4: Check Your Email

You'll receive an email titled:

BrokerBay – Password Reset Requested

Open the email and click Reset Password.

Step 5: Create Your Password

Create a password that meets the requirements shown on screen.

• Minimum 8 characters 
• At least one uppercase letter 
• At least one number 

Click Reset Password.

Step 6: Sign In

Return to:

https://edge.brokerbay.com

Sign in using:

• Your email address 
• Your newly created password 

You can now access Supra One directly.

Agents who are not members of Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS must contact the listing agent or brokerage directly to request a showing.

For the security of the property, the listing agent or brokerage is responsible for verifying the identity and credentials of any agent who is not a CCORMLS member before granting access. Resources such as the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing and FOREWARN can help verify an agent's license status and identity.

Once the agent has been verified, the listing agent or brokerage can schedule the showing on the agent's behalf.

If the listing is enrolled in the Concierge Service, the Concierge team will not verify the identity or credentials of agents who are not members of CCORMLS. Because of this security requirement, the listing agent or brokerage must complete the verification process and accommodate the showing request.

I can't log into SupraOne.

Verify your MLS account is active, launch SupraOne (BrokerBay) through FlexMLS, and allow browser pop-ups. Contact MLS Support if issues continue.

My listing isn't appearing.

Allow time for synchronization. Contact MLS Support if it still doesn't appear.

My assistant can't access SupraOne.

Verify permissions have been assigned. Contact MLS Support if needed.
