There’s No Single “Data Center Effect” on Housing Markets, NAR Report Finds
- Data centers’ impact on real estate is dramatically different depending on the local market, according to the 2026 Data Center Impact Report from the National Association of REALTORS®.
- Neither the National Association of REALTORS® nor Columbus REALTORS® have an official policy position on data centers.
- Key Findings:
Fannie and Freddie Officially Adopt New Credit Score
- Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs) officially released guidance and pricing grids for all lenders to use VantageScore 4.0.
- This change marks a major victory for REALTORS®, as NAR has long advocated forthe introduction of scoring competition and the use of alternative data.
