Vantage Data Centers receives state incentive for $2B campus in Millersport
- The Ohio Tax Credit Authority on Wednesday awarded Vantage Data Centers an incentive for the development, which will be located on six parcels off Route 204 in Millersport.
- The agricultural properties total approximately 450 acres on Lancaster-Newark and Blacklick-Eastern roads, Fairfield County property records show. The largest parcel spans 374 acres at 1420 Lancaster-Newark Road.
- The 10-year, 50% data center sales tax exemption has an estimated value of $76.1 million, according to the state.
