Marysville South Data Center Incentive Package Approved
- Marysville City Council voted Monday night to approve a crucial tax incentive package with Anadonna LLC, a move that effectively unlocks the door for a major data center project to begin development within the city.
- It establishes a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Agreement that grants the developer a 15-year, 100% property tax exemption on new structures built for the data center facilities.
- Before ground can be broken, several subsequent steps must occur, including signing a development agreement, securing water and sewer service agreements, and obtaining building and zoning permits.

- The new law requires wholesalers to provide a clear disclosure before entering a contract, making sure homeowners understand the wholesaler’s role, their right to seek professional advice, and that the property may be sold below market value.
- Property owners who do not receive and sign this disclosure can cancel the contract at any point before closing. Wholesalers who ignore the requirement can face enforcement under the Consumer Sales Practices Act.
- The law will take effect in 90 days.
