Columbus City Council Passes Rental Registry, Property Inspection Legislation

This past Monday, April 20, Columbus City Council passed an ordinance that will create a rental registry with property inspection requirements.

Columbus City Council Considers Updates to Short-Term Rentals 

This week, Columbus City Council held a public hearing to consider making changes to the Short-Term Rental requirements. 

This is still in the preliminary stages and staff is monitoring.
