COCIE
The Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE) is a property database that, unlike a listing database (i.e. a traditional MLS), a property database system includes an inventory of all properties whether listed or not. Both Columbus REALTORS® members and non-members can enter listings in COCIE as well as their listing photo(s) and attachments.
Columbus REALTORS® and the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE) is partnering with Moody’s Analytics, making it the organization’s official data provider. This change will take effect in April 2026.
The move to Moody’s Analytics will replace COCIE’s current data provider, Crexi. All COCIE members will be migrated to the Moody’s Market Pro platform, which offers enhanced features to help you do business. Moody’s Market Pro is the upgraded alternative to Moody’s Market Core.

Verified Data: Access to verified listing details and accurate property information confirmed by Moody’s research team.
Advanced Analytics: Enhanced market analytics, comparative market scores, and predictive forecasting models.
Marketing Tools: A diverse broadcast email platform to promote your listings and highlight client requirements.
Discounted Rate: Moving to Moody’s Analytics will lower your monthly dues. The new rate will be $100 per month for Columbus REALTORS® members and $125 per month for non-REALTOR® members.
Columbus REALTORS® awarded Diamond Commercial Services Accreditation from NAR for 2025-26!
Columbus REALTORS® has been awarded the Diamond Commercial Services Accreditation from the National Association of REALTORS® for 2025–26. Diamond is the highest level in NAR’s Commercial Services Accreditation program and reflects meeting extensive benchmarks that support commercial members and services. NAR’s Commercial Services Accreditation recognizes REALTOR® associations that develop and deliver strong commercial services and engagement. The award carries a $1,000 scholarship to invest in continued commercial services for members. In 2024-25, Columbus REALTORS® received Gold Commercial Services Accreditation.
