Columbus REALTORS® has been informed that, as of Jan. 12, 2021, Zillow Rental Division will be moving to a paid model for the display of rental listings. This means that, if a broker does not have an active agreement (paid), their rental listings will no longer appear on Zillow.
Please understand that this change has nothing to do with Columbus REALTORS®. We are simply trying to make sure our brokers are aware of this shift in models. Also, this change does not affect for sale listings. Direct any and all questions to[email protected]
Early Adopter Discount
Brokers who sign up for an active agreement within the first two weeks will receive a significant discount.
Zillow Rental Zoom Meeting
On Tuesday, Jan. 12 from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m., Zillow will be hosting a Zoom meeting to explain the changes and answer questions.
