Brian Irwin joins Columbus REALTORS® with a breadth of knowledge and experience in commercial real estate, property management and operations. With a proven track record in data aggregation and analysis, Brian looks to engage the Columbus REALTORS® membership by delivering insights and accurate statistics that will support data-driven decision-making. Brian strives to connect with his clients and provide excellent customer service, which he has done his entire career, most recently by managing the daily operations for over 1,500 off-campus student housing units near The Ohio State University with NorthSteppe Realty the past several years. His responsibilities included overseeing direct renovation, rehabilitation and special projects to enhance value of multifamily and industrial properties.
Prior to serving as the Operations and Property Manager with NorthSteppe, Brian – who obtained his Ohio Real Estate license in 2005 - sold commercial real estate as a member of the team at Elford Realty. His connection to Columbus REALTORS® spans over a decade to 2013, when as the Director of Client Services and Sales with Xceligent, Inc., Brian served as a liaison between Xceligent, Columbus REALTORS® and the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE).
Brian is a past chairperson and board member of COCIE, and an active member of both the Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors (OCREE) and Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors® (CCIIR).
As the Director of Market Research with Columbus REALTORS®, Brian will be leading the housing and commercial market data research and the Crexi database management. He will serve as a staff liaison for the COCIE Governing Board and the Commercial Advisory Board.
