On Nov. 1, 2023, Columbus REALTORS® will send its 2024 dues invoice to all members via email. Below are key bullet points and dates for this year’s dues billing cycle. How Do I Make My Payment?
Your 2024 invoice will be delivered to the email address on file with Columbus REALTORS®. You can make your payment online through themembership portal. Be sure to have your NRDS# (preceded by cr.) to log in and make your payment. This is the same login that you use to access the MLS. Personal checks or in-person payments will not be accepted. All payments must be made via credit card through the membership portal.
When can I Pay my Membership Dues?
Anytime between Nov. 1, 2023 and Jan. 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
When is the Last Day I can pay?
Jan. 10, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. - At midnight on Jan. 11, membership and MLS access will be suspended, and a $25 late fee will be assessed to all unpaid members. The approved changes have been made to be more transparent with membership. In previous years, a grace period stretched into the new year, making communicating the actual due date confusing and arbitrary.
Your Dues Explained…
We have all experienced rising costs in our daily lives, and Columbus REALTORS® is no different. We have felt the impact of rising prices. From increased food and facility costs at events to legal fees to help protect your industry in these uncertain times, your membership dues are working for you. Strategic cuts to the budget have also played a significant role in establishing a solid base for the organization as we move forward.
The total cost for dues renewal, including MLS, keybox, and the voluntary CORPAC donation, was $1,145 in 2023. The total cost in 2024 is $1,255. The Columbus REALTORS® Budget, Finance & Investments Committee, and Board of Directors remain committed to keeping all local dues increases to a minimum. NAR and Ohio REALTORS® dues are determined by their respective organization's Board of Directors.
Your dues ensure Columbus REALTORS® critical programs and services, such as advocacy and lobbying for private property rights, MLS and ongoing litigation, education, networking events, and service and community outreach programs continue.
Are 2024 dues refundable if I go inactive later in the year?
Dues are non-refundable.
