1. Broker Listing Distribution to Zillow – January 29 MLS participant brokers can now include their listings in a MLS feed to Zillow. There is a new Broker Distribution Preference page. Brokers must enable (opt-into) the feed by checking a box labeled “Enable Feed”. 2. Time to Update MLS Taxes on Listings All listing agents should update the Tax information on their listings While Realist auto-pops the Yearly Taxes and Tax Year for new listings, it will not automatically update when the year changes. 3. New Property Type Selection for Quick Search – January 18 The property type used for your last search will be the default for the next search you create. You will not have to select “Residential” every time you start a new Quick Search. You can select a different property type by clicking the current property type label at the top left. 4. Relabeled Export Options: Broker Distribution – January 31 The Add/Change screens will relabel the Export tab as the Broker Distribution Tab The final tab on Add/Edit has been relabeled Broker Distribution The drop-down arrow beside the MLS # will display an option for View Broker Distribution (previously labeled View Listing Exports) If enabled by the broker, additional distribution options (currently only Zillow) will appear under the heading Broker Listing Distribution Options. 5. Virtual Tours Automatically Open in a New Window – January 18 The option Open all Virtual Tours in a new window will no longer appear when an agent adds a Virtual Tour on Add/Edit. All Virtual Tours now automatically open in a new window. There are no other changes to the process of adding or viewing Virtual Tours. 6. Virtual Tours Automatically Open in a New Window – December 19 Contact Management in Flexmls Web, Mobile Web, and Flexmls Pro app now has a column for Activity (Last 7 Days). When you select a specific contact, you will see a new Activity section with a graph of that contact’s past 30. Expandable sections show the client’s viewed listings they've viewed, shared, number of clicked links in email.
