The election of the 2024 Columbus and Central Ohio Regional MLS Committee was completed on Thursday, Nov. 30, through AssociationVoting. Thank you to all members who cast a ballot. Below, you will find winners of the election. All positions are 3-year terms spanning 2024-26.
Katie Crocco – RE/MAX Winners
Is a 3rd generation REALTOR® in the Union County area. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from The Ohio State University, Katie joined the RE/MAX Winners team in 2002. In 2011 Katie obtained her Brokers license and took on the additional role of office manager. Katie has completed nearly 1000 transaction sides in her 20 years. Katie was the 2017-19 President of the Marysville Area Realty Association and on the leadership team consistently since, heading the RCD planning annually. She has also been 2018 Columbus REALTORS® 10 Under 40 Award Winner, 2018 Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award Winner, 2021 Columbus REALTORS® Lifetime Achievement Award winner, 2017-19 Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors member and 2018-22 OAR Director, Columbus REALTORS® Scholarship Committee Chair 2022 and longtime member of the Recognition and Sales Committee and YPN. Katie is a multi-year Golden R CORPAC investor, recent 10 for 10 pledge and consistent Columbus REALTORS® Foundation contributor.
Chris Harrington – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services
Is the Managing Broker with Howard Hanna. With the inevitable changes coming to our industry, we need knowledgeable members on the MLS Committee. Chris has been in real estate for over 30 years, licensed for 16 years. She has done hundreds of transactions as a sales agent and would be an asset to the committee. She is also involved in our local and state associations. She is a 2023 Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy graduate. She was appointed to the Columbus REALTORS® Budget and Finance this year and she is a Foundation Board Trustee. With Ohio REALTORS®, she is a Director, and in 2024, she will be Vice Chair of the Ohio REALTORS® Scholarship Selection Committee. She is a member of the Professional Development Committee. She volunteers at Columbus Humane, Burgess House in Columbus and contributes to many other charities.
Nicole Harrison – The Harrison Co. Real Estate Group
The Broker & Owner of The Harrison Co. Real Estate Group. Licensed since 2000, she has served on the COLUMBUS REALTORS® Forms Committee, has been an officer for the Hilliard Area Realty Association, a Columbus REALTORS® 2019 recipient of "10 under 40". Currently serves on the Columbus REALTORS® MLS Taskforce and the Ohio REALTORS® Wholesaling Taskforce. She attended CMLS New Orleans in October 2023 to learn about the issues facing all MLSs around the country with the potential changes likely to impact all, including data security. She has also just applied for Broker Affiliate Membership with RESO®.
Donna Jackson – LifePoint Real Estate, LLC
Has not only owned and operated an EXIT Realty franchise but also established her independent brokerage, Achievers Real Estate. This experience has given her valuable insights into various aspects of the real estate industry, from franchise management to independent business ownership. Donna is actively involved at the Columbus Realtors Association and served on the Standards and Forms committee, BRAC and Affordable Housing. Her participation on the Broker Advisory Council and Independent Brokers Association highlights her commitment to advancing the real estate profession. She also participated on the Columbus REALTORS® Strategic Planning Committee for 2024-2026.
Kristina Ledford – Shyre Realty
Is a Certified Real Estate Mentor, Certified Brokerage Manager, and Broker for Shyre Realty who has served on the Standard Forms and Technology Committees, and Broker Advisory Council. As a past president of the Greater Dublin Realty Association, she coordinated REALTOR® Care Day activities. Her educational background is an MS in Human Computer Interaction (IU) and a Certificate in Information Technology (Purdue). Kristina is a proud supporter of CORPAC and donates yearly to Pelotonia. Her goal is to use her background in technology and passion for real estate to help navigate the MLS through this challenging time and provide support to her fellow REALTORS®.
Stephanie Masterson – The Raines Group, Inc.
Is a lifelong Ohio resident. She obtained her Ohio real estate license in 1998 and earned her Ohio Broker's license in 2007. She has been a member of Columbus REALTORS® for 25 years. In 2023, Stephanie served as the Chair of the Scholarship Committee, which is committed to nurturing future talent by awarding scholarships to aspiring REALTORS®. As Principal Broker, Stephanie oversees the licensed activity of the Brokerage licensees. Her goal is to ensure they operate professionally within an atmosphere of trust and accountability. Stephanie's strong leadership makes her a valuable asset to the Central Ohio real estate community.
Michael McCoy – RE/MAX Impact
Is the Broker / Owner of RE/MAX Impact with 23 agents on his team. Mike currently serves as President of the Westerville Area Realty Association – a position he held in 2022 and 2023 – and serves as Vice-Chair of the Columbus REALTORS® Broker Advisory Council (Chair in 2023). After growing up in Columbus and graduating from Otterbein College, he began his professional career at the corporate offices of Damon’s International, Bravo | Brio Restaurant Group and Piada Italian Street Food before embarking on a career in real estate. Mike and his wife, Kari, live in Westerville with their two kids.
Tom Miller – RE/MAX Connection
Is a sales associate with REMAX CONNECTION, REALTORS licensed in 2000. Tom is finishing his first 3-year term on the MLS Committee with a 100% attendance record, has served on appeals panels, and personally introduced several key MLS changes which were adopted and implemented. Tom has earned Columbus REALTORS® Twenty Five Million Dollar Award, REMAX International’s Platinum & 100% Club awards, Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement recognition. Tom volunteers at Gahanna Residents in Need (food pantry), and is heavily involved with his condo association. Tom’s previous career field was Information Technology.
Brandon Prewitt – RE/MAX Partners
Is the principal broker of RE/MAX Partners. Brandon actively manages an office of 40+ sales associates while also still listing and selling real estate. With this experience, Brandon has the ability to understand the day-to-day impact MLS issues and decisions have on our associates and the general consumer. Brandon has served a 2 year term on the MLS Board of Directors, was part of the MLS Strategic Planning Work Group and currently sits on the "What's the Future of MLS" Presidential task force. Other association involvement includes: Director; Ohio REALTORS®, Chair; Young Professionals Network, Chair; Broker Advisory Council, and Ohio REALTORS® Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.
Ginson Speich – Keller Williams Greater Columbus
A real estate professional since 2008, Ginson began his career in Chicago before returning to his hometown of Columbus in 2013. He is a top agent at Keller Williams Greater Columbus and actively participates in industry organizations, including YPN and the Columbus REALTORS® Standard Forms Committee. Ginson is currently enrolled in the 2024 Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy and serves as the incumbent President of The Gahanna Area REALTOR® Association. With involvement in four Ohio MLSs, he brings a fresh and insightful perspective to any committee.
Aryn White – CRT, Realtors
Aryn has had the privilege to experience all aspects of the real estate industry and learn from some of Central Ohio's most involved and industry-leading brokers and agents over the past eight years. Of those eight, she has served three years on the MLS Committee while obtaining her Broker's license in two states. Aryn is also a certified CE instructor and will be continuing her passion to further the MLS discussions as she renews her term on the MLS Committee. If she is not behind a computer working or assisting clients, you can find her on the sidelines of the wrestling mats and tennis courts. Aryn is a busy mom of two teenagers and loves every minute of it.
Nikki Wicks – Key Realty
As a licensed REALTOR® since 2013, Nikki has made it a priority to stay involved locally. She dedicates time to local area realty associations and Columbus REALTORS® by serving on committees and planning fundraisers and activities. Nikki was currently appointed to the Columbus REALTORS® Governance Task Force. She is a proud graduate of the Columbus REALTORS® 2022 Leadership Academy and a CORPAC major investor. Nikki is known by her peers as honest, dedicated, and a knowledgeable mentor.
