With the lack of inventory right now, all real estate professionals should be talking with their buyers about new construction. Purchasing a new build may not have occurred to them.
For those agents who are interested in selling new builds, BRAC is a great networking opportunity. Our mission is to build better relationships between builders and REALTORS®. We accomplish this through networking and education.
Although BRAC stands for Builder/REALTOR® Alliance Committee, we’re really more of a forum.
We share current trends in new construction and strive to educate REALTORS® in the unique differences between new construction and resale transactions. The new build process varies from resale in every aspect from lending, to inspections, to timelines.
Every REALTOR® will benefit greatly from having established relationships with area builders – especially with the lack of inventory today!
Below are the remaining 2018 meeting topics and dates/times (usually on the 2nd Wednesday of the month unless there’s a conflict).
