QIANA JONES is the principal broker for Premier Just Listed Real Estate and has been licensed since 2014. Qiana is the current President of the Columbus Realtist Association. She has also served as Ohio REALTORS® Director and earned Columbus REALTORS® Merit Award and Ohio REALTORS® Million Dollar Sales Award. She also serves as co-lead of the Products and Programs Workstream for CONVERGENCE Columbus. She was awarded the Emerging Leader Award by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) in 2019 and 2021. Qiana has served as a panelist for Freddie Mac HFA Central Region Symposium, the Ohio Housing Conference, and various Columbus REALTORS® Fair Housing panels.
TONY MACALUSO has always committed himself to the success of the Association. He began by giving his time to REALTOR® Care Day. He got the bug for serving when he was elected president of the Northwest Area Realty Association. Next, he was granted entrance to our Leadership Academy, chaired the MLS committee, and the Government Affairs Forum committee. He serves as Director for Ohio REALTORS®. As Tony’s business success grew, he was joined by his wife Krystin and formed The Macaluso Team. Tony is a supporter of CORPAC, and loves seeing the effect Columbus REALTORS® is having on our growing community!
ERIN OGDEN OXENDER is a sales associate with KW Capital Partners, licensed in 2007. In 2008, Erin was Rookie of the Year for KW Ohio Valley Region & received her Columbus REALTORS® 1 Million Sales award. She has been a 10 under 40 award recipient. She received her 25 Million Sales award in 2019 & maintains annual RPAC Sterling Club status. Columbus REALTORS® committees include Builder/REALTOR® Alliance, Government Affairs Forum, YPN, CORPAC Fundraising, Trade Show Task Force, chair of Recognition & Sales Awards and chair of Leadership Academy. Erin is proud of her community work including as a parent volunteer for her children's school.
JEREMY PAPE is the Broker/Owner of CRT, Realtors® which opened in 2015. Jeremy has served on the Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors, MLS Board of Directors, Grievance Committee, and MLS Committee. He currently serves on the Broker Advisory Council, Professional Standards committee, and is a member of the Independent Brokers Association. Jeremy is proud to have received numerous awards including Columbus REALTORS® Lifetime Achievement Award, Broker of the Year 2020, 25 Million Dollar Sales Award, Ohio REALTORS® Tomorrow’s Leaders of Today Award, Gahanna Best Business Award, and the Gahanna Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Business Award. As captain of CRT’s Peloton team and through his company’s golf event, Jeremy has led his company to raise over $97,000 for cancer research. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys skiing, boating, and spending time with his family.

IAN THICKSTUN, licensed REALTOR® since 2012 and is with Ready Realty, a prominent brokerage here in Central Ohio. His tenure includes service, advocacy and leadership roles with, NAR RPAC, Golden R President's Circle, Ohio REALTORS®, RPAC Committee and Ohio Board of Directors, Columbus REALTORS®, RCD, YPN Chair, Grievance Committee, CORPAC, Women's Council of REALTORS® Leadership Board, Midtown Area Real Estate Association President. Also serving, The Ohio State University Foundation, Go Bucks!, Mid-Ohio Foodbank, Ready for Kids Foundation, and Columbus Hosts Alliance, Founding Member. Boots on the ground advocate and consultant for Columbus REALTORS® on Short Term Rental legislation, affordable housing legislation, and private property rights. JAIMINE JOHNSON, Director of Commercial Operations, Leasing and Sales for DRK, develops and implements long-term strategies for the commercial asset division in the investment management of office, industrial/flex, medical, and retail properties. With more than $225 million in assets in the DRK portfolio, she has a proven record of success in developing strategies that drive revenue and increase overall business profitability. Jaimine, who previously worked at DRK from 2007 to 2015, brings a wealth of real estate experience to the company. She has overseen transactions involving the asset management, sales, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties while executing initiatives to promote and support company growth, global planning, new business start-ups, and company branding. In her time at DRK, Jaimine consistently maintained a 98% tenant occupancy rate while increasing outside listings by 83%. She also garnered several awards for her work in the real estate industry.

KATIE CROCCO is a 3rd generation REALTOR® in the Union County area. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from The Ohio State University, Katie joined the RE/MAX Winners team in 2002. In 2011, Katie obtained her Brokers license and took on the additional role of office manager. Katie was the 2017-19 President of the Marysville Area Realty Association and on the leadership team consistently since heading the RCD planning annually. She has also been a 2018 Columbus REALTORS® 10 Under 40 Award Winner, a 2018 RE/ MAX Lifetime Achievement Award Winner, a 2021 Columbus REALTORS® Lifetime Achievement Award winner, 2017-19 Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors member, and 2018-22 Ohio REALTORS® Director, Columbus REALTORS® Scholarship Committee Chair 2022, and longtime member of the Recognition and Sales Committee and YPN. Katie is a multi-year Golden R CORPAC investor, recent 10 for 10 pledge and consistent Columbus REALTORS® Foundation contributor. Katie also has a solid background advocating for private property rights and smart common-sense growth in her local area as well as keeping all agents, not just her office, informed on current topics, best practices and raising the bar in the industry.

KRISTIN ROSAN has been an affiliate member of Columbus REALTORS® since 2005 and has been a licensed attorney for more than twenty-three years. Kristin formerly served as Chief Legal Counsel for the Ohio Division of Real Estate and, for the last seventeen years, has been in the private practice of law representing licensees in business and contract disputes, civil litigation, and in Real Estate Commission disciplinary hearings. As a founding partner and managing member of Madison & Rosan, LLP, Kristin is responsible for the business operations of the firm, including client services, personnel, and tax matters. As a Columbus REALTORS® affiliate, Kristin has served as a volunteer instructor to members on various legal topics. Kristin also worked with the Columbus REALTORS® staff to develop coursework for the MLS rental module and was recognized as the Columbus REALTORS® Instructor of the Year in 2011. Kristin has authored several hundred real estate articles and will be attending the NAR conference in November 2022.
