Sue Berg - Newsflash – Our industry is changing. Younger folks and new brokerages need to be aware of all Columbus REALTORS® has to offer! The OAR convention has shrunk from a convention center, to one floor at the Hilton! Everybody is trying to "take" and no one is giving. We have to work TOGETHER to provide value and remain relevant to the public. I am not one to complain, but one to act. Over the years, I have been involved with CORPAC (I'm not political), the Awards Committee (I hate Math) , Realtor Care Day (I love being outside!) and the CBR Foundation (I love parties!) . As a director, I hope to "shake the trees" and evoke some awareness and involvement among our thousands of members.
ELTON DAVIS, JR. ABR, CDPE, MRP, SFR, SRES, is the Principal Broker/Owner of RE/MAX ONE. Elton was licensed in 2000 obtained his Broker’s license in 2014. Elton has chaired Columbus REALTORS® Affordable Housing and Equal Opportunity Committees; and currently serves as Chairman of the Broker Advisory Council, on the MLS Committee, & MLS Committee Clear Cooperation Adjustment Task Force. He served as Vice-President for the Columbus Realtist Association and as an Alternate Director at OAR. Elton has earned Columbus REALTORS® One, Five, Ten, and Twenty-Five Million Dollar Awards; the President’s Sales Club Award from OAR and several other career awards with RE/MAX including Regional Broker of the Year. Along with his busy career, Elton finds time to host fund raisers and make annual contributions to Children’s Miracle Network, Race for the Cure, & Brock Strong Foundation.
BRITTANY L. B. EDDY, AHWD is a licensed REALTOR®/Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. She currently serves as Director-at-Large for Columbus REALTORS®, and chair of Residential Standard Forms. She has been a member of the Sustainability Task Force, Government Affairs Forum and, since being licensed, has actively participated in REALTOR® Care Day annually. Brittany is also a graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy, has served as an Ohio REALTORS® Director and is a State Political Coordinator. She is a Major Investor for RPAC, and has been recognized as an International Sterling Society Award winner for Coldwell Banker, which targets the top 25% of agents in the Coldwell Banker global network.
JAY ZOLLARS is owner and broker of RZ Realty. His goal is to remain a Columbus REALTORS® Director. This year, he was asked to be a Director by President Jones to fill a position. Jay brings 30 years of experience as an Independent Broker that practices both Commercial and Residential. He has chaired every Commercial Committee over the years and many multiple times. He is Past President of IREM & CCIIR. Jay has graduated from Leadership Academy, chaired CORPAC, and is on Brokers Advisory Committee currently. He has a lot of experience with Columbus REALTORS® and with your vote, he would continue to serve our association to the best of his ability.
