This year's MLS Committee Election was held in late November/early December. Following are those who were elected today to serve on the 2021 MLS Committee.

Larry Coolidge - Larry Coolidge Real Estate
Larry is broker of Larry Coolidge, Realtors® in Powell, Oh. Licensed in Sept. 1973 and as Broker in 1980. Opened my brokerage in mid-80s. I have served on the MLS committee previously. I am active in several area associations and was one of the founding members of those groups. I am active in my community as well as several charitable organizations. Was once a volunteer fireman in Powell, on the Planning and Zoning Board, Powell Historic Review Board, Powell Sertoma Club, etc. I have sold residential, investments, farms, office buildings and once a truck terminal. I Love real estate and all the people you get to meet. Thank you.

Regina Acosta-Tobin - Metro Village Realty
Broker/Owner of Metro Village Realty, an independent brokerage located in the Brewery District, Regina was licensed in 2006 and in 2014 got her broker’s license. She is an active agent representing buyers and sellers and is a fluent Spanish speaker. The three designations she has are: ABR, CRS and SRES. Every year, except for 2020, she has participated in Realtor Care Day. In 2018 Regina was vice president and 2019 president of the Independent Brokers Association. Since 2006 she has served on the Forms and Education Committees and currently in her 3rd year on MLS Committee.
Donald Payne, Sr. CRS, SRES, E-PRO - Vision Realty
Licensed in 1979, Donald became owner/broker of Vision Realty, Inc. in 1990. He is currently a Realtist member. Don is a former member of the City of Columbus Land Review Commission. He served as church trustee board member and chair.. Don is a military veteran. He served both domestically and in Korea.

Broker with RE/MAX Impact, licensed as a sales associate in 2013, and then as a Broker in 2018. Bob has served on the Business Technology committee, and is past President and VP of the Westerville Area Realty Association (WARA). Bob is the senior team member on Jan Johnson's team at RE/MAX Impact, has 20 years of Corporate IT experience with Fortune 100 companies (Marathon Oil, Abbott Labs), and has 13 years experience as a middle school and high school teacher for Worthington Christian Schools.

LOUISE POTTER, GRI, is designated Principal Broker for EXP Realty, overseeing Ohio operations. Licensed since 1989, she has been an active participant of Columbus REALTORS®, chairing her first committee, Standard Forms, in 1998. Recently she was a member of the MLS Board of Directors, has been a three term CR Director, chair of Professional Standards, CORPAC (2x), Foundation Fund, Education, Grievance, Governance and more. She was Columbus REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year in 2007 and has been an Ohio REALTORS® Director since 2001. For fun, you’ll find Louise playing Pickleball in her spare time!

BOB SORREL, CRB, CRS, GRI, Ohio licensed appraiser has been an independent Broker/Owner of Sorrell and Company for the past 41 years. My interest in being a member of the MLS Committee is to recognize that our MLS system is an important component in assisting our Realtors and their respective client base. In recent years, I’ve frankly been concerned that MLS has become more of a policing power, than a resource for our REALTOR® membership. I’m hoping that my years of experience as both a broker and manager might lend itself to being a contribution to this respective committee.
