Columbus REALTORS® Member Lynn Singh receives national recognition for her excellence and expertise in the commercial real estate industry. Lynn was the recipient of our historicErika Blumenstein Memorial Awardat the 2023 Columbus REALTORS® Commercial Recognition Awards Night. She now adds another accolade to her resume as she receives a 2023 Commercial Award from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University and is the Director of the Commercial Division at RE/MAX Affiliates. She has been working in the commercial real estate market since 1986, assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties.
In her 37-year tenure in commercial real estate, Lynn has gained extensive knowledge in industrial, office, multi-family, retail, land development and investment properties.
Her commitment to growing as a leader in commercial real estate is apparent in the many committees she served on at Columbus REALTORS®. She previously served on the Commercial Education Committee and is actively serving on the COCIE Governing Board and the Commercial Advisory Board.
Lynn has been described as an agent that leaves nothing on the table. She is extremely professional and caring and goes above and beyond for all her clients.
Her strong work ethic and focus on helping her clients led her to the Co-Star Power Broker Award for the Top Industrial Leasing Broker (2012 and 2013) and 1st place in REMAX Commercial Sales for the Central and Northern Region (2013).
NAR’s recognition program honors REALTORS® who received an award at their local association for their exceptional service and contributions to the commercial real estate industry.
