COLUMBUS, Ohio (August 27, 2026) - Columbus REALTORS® has been awarded Diamond Commercial Services Accreditation from the National Association of REALTORS® for 2026-27, the highest level of recognition offered through NAR's Commercial Services Accreditation program.
The accreditation recognizes local and state REALTOR® associations that demonstrate a strong, sustained commitment to commercial real estate professionals through member services, education, advocacy, technology, communications, and engagement. To reach Diamond status, an association must meet at least 41 benchmarks beyond NAR's baseline accreditation requirements, a bar only a small number of associations nationwide achieve.
"Receiving Diamond Accreditation reflects the work Columbus REALTORS® continues to put into supporting our commercial members and strengthening commercial real estate throughout central Ohio," said Gloria Alonso Cannon, 2026 President of Columbus REALTORS®. "Our commercial members play an important role in the growth of our region, and we want to give them the tools, education, and connections they need to serve their clients and communities."
This is the second consecutive Diamond Commercial Services Accreditation for Columbus REALTORS® after building on the association's Gold Commercial Services Accreditation in 2024-25. As a Diamond-level association, Columbus REALTORS® will also receive a $1,000 NAR grant to reinvest in future commercial services for members.
