Rodelyn Frijas CREN, is a REALTOR®, Oreste Realty licensed in 2015. Currently, Rodelyn serves on the Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors as the appointed Director At Large. She is committed to her roles in the industry including Founding Member/President-Elect for AREAA Columbus. She is a dedicated Past President of PARA and Vice Chair for the Sustainability Forum. She serves as an Ohio REALTORS® Director and is a member of several Columbus REALTORS® committees: DEI, YPN, HPN. Rodelyn earned President’s Sales Club Award from Ohio REALTORS® and graduated from Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2023. Community involvement is a priority, as she is member of the Powell Chamber, Asian American Commerce Group, and volunteers locally for IAMSTONEFOLTZ Foundation, People In Need, RMHC, and Burgess House.
Kevin Hart - With over two decades in the Real Estate Industry, I've excelled as an agent and team leader/owner specializing in various roles. I'm a strong advocate for continuing education in real estate or academics. I recently achieved my MBA through Ashland University's International Studies Finance Program, complementing my BBA from Marshall University. Additionally, I've served as president of the Columbus Alumni Association. My business ethos revolves around understanding that success hinges on genuine and meaningful relationships. I've been involved with the Columbus Realtors Association throughout the years and thoroughly believe in giving back to our association and would love the opportunity to serve as Director.
Amy Nitzschke is an Associate Broker with CRT Realtors. Licensed in 2010, Amy is the current President of the Powell Area Realty Association and has served on such committees as Standard Forms and the Grievance Committee. She is a 2023 Ohio REALTORS® Director and graduate of Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Amy has held numerous officer positions with local realty associations and will be applying for the President’s Prestige Award ($25 million) this year. She chaired PARA's 2023 REALTOR® Care Day project, which earned them the Columbus REALTORS® Weiler Grant Award. Amy continually looks for personal ways to involve her children in community opportunities through her "Kindness" campaign.
Sharyn Rigsbee REALTOR® and Realtist, with Coldwell Banker Realty, licensed since 2017. Current chair of the Recognition/Sales Award Committee; immediate past chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee; and serves on other committees and forums, including the MLS Task Force and CORPAC Governing Board. Sharyn was appointed to the 2024 Executive Committee at Ohio REALTORS®; serves as an appointed Director; and invests time on several Ohio REALTORS® committees and forums. Sharyn actively collaborates in the community with Convergence Columbus; serves as Board Member for IMPACT Community Action; a mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Ohio; and a Trainer/Poll Worker for the Franklin County Board of Elections.

Julie Guy is a sales associate and Branch Manager with Coldwell Banker Realty licensed in 2013. She manages 4 locations for Coldwell Banker in Marysville, Delaware, and Marion. Julie is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and the Delaware Board of Realtors. She has served on the DCBR directors board for several years as a Director, President, and Vice-President. Julie is extremely active in her brokerage and community. She sponsors and organizes 17 events in 3 different counties each year. She is a member of the Marysville Area Realtor Association and has completed the 10 Month Leadership Class in Delaware and Union County. Julie is a highly motivated leader and team builder with demonstrated success in management, sales, developing teams, financial acumen, and delivers growth results.
