COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 14, 2025) - Blair Bishop is a sales representative at Talon Title Agency and an affiliate member of Columbus REALTORS® since 2021. During her four years as a member, she has become increasingly involved in the association, community, and industry.
Blair has joined several committees within Columbus REALTORS®, including the Builder-REALTOR® Alliance Committee, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Hispanic Professionals Network, Government Affairs Forum, Housing Affordability and Community Partnership Committee, Recognition and Sales Award Committee, Residential Education Committee, Sustainability Forum, and Foundation Board of Trustees. She has also served as the 2024 Co-Chair for the Young Professionals Network and the 2025 Co-Chair for the REALTOR® Care Day Committee. If Columbus REALTORS® has a committee, Blair has likely joined it!
As if that wasn’t enough for Blair’s daily commitments, she is also an active participant in several local associations, aiming to dedicate time to at least one each week. She has been involved with the Powell Area Realty Association, Hilliard Area Realty Association, Northwest Area Realty Association, Greater Worthington Area Realty Association, and Greater Dublin Realty Association, and when she has extra time, she occasionally attends the Marysville Area Realty Association and Grove City Area Realty Association.
With a degree in World Language Education, Blair first entered her real estate career after graduation, working part-time as a substitute teacher and also part-time at Keller Williams. Although this marked the beginning of Blair's career, she grew up immersed in the industry, as her mom obtained her real estate license in 2004. Blair expressed how fun this industry is, especially working alongside people she has known since third grade.
In her role at Talon Title Agency, Blair wears many hats. She stated, “No two days look the same. I provide support where it’s needed and get to connect with so many people, even beyond the scope of what Talon offers. That’s the great thing about getting involved – I create these kinds of connections to help people – whether that’s real estate related or other, like recommending doggy daycares.”
Blair brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, collaborating with REALTORS® and lenders to organize networking events, volunteer activities, and CE courses. Fluent in Spanish, Blair often assists in interpreting and translating conversations with clients. She is also a notary public in the state of Ohio.
Throughout Blair’s life, she has achieved many accomplishments of which she is proud, including being named the 8thGrade Eagle Student of the Year and receiving recognition for her Spanish skills. However, being named Columbus REALTORS® Affiliate of the Year is at the top of her list. She stated, “It means so much to me – it’s so awesome and exciting. I’m very flattered to have been chosen, knowing that every year there are so many great candidates that apply.” Blair acknowledges Bonnie Lustnauer, Aaron Barone, Joe Barone, and Caryl Caito for encouraging her to get involved with Columbus REALTORS®.
As Blair looks ahead in her career, she stated, “I’m not sure if I can get more involved, but if I can, I probably will.” She loves her daily work, so she plans to keep working hard, doing her best, and seeing where life takes her. This includes plenty of travel and playtime with her golden retriever, Archie, or as she affectionately calls him – Arch Bishop.
