Second half dues payment due June 1
If you only paid one-half of your local dues for 2018, your second-half payment is due June 29, 2018. You should have received an email in April that includes access to pay your bill online. If you did not receive this email, please contact Brandi Mrugacz (614) 475- 4000 ext. 255.
If you wish to pay your dues online, your login is your license number and lower case `cbr’ is the password. When you login from the main menu, you will need to pay your Association, MLS and Key fees separately. Please click on the appropriate link on the main menu for each fee:
• Pay your REALTOR® fees online for Columbus REALTORS® Dues
• Pay your MLS fees online for MLS Dues
• Pay your Key fees online for Key
Leadership Academy accepting applications
Applications for Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy are being accepted. Members interested in developing their personal and leadership skills are encouraged to apply. Only 12 REALTORS® will be selected for the academy and they must meet the following criteria:
• Must be a REALTOR® member in good standing for the last three years.
• Must demonstrate leadership attributes including, but not limited to: people skills, courage, decisiveness, integrity, creativity, curiosity, and big-picture thinking
• Must provide two letters of recommendation.
• Must submit a signed application which includes commitment to attend all Leadership Academy programs. Tuition is $850 (non-refundable); and the deadline for submitting applications is Aug. 1, 2018, 5p. For more information, application and selection process, visit ColumbusRealtors.com/la. New Preferred Vendor for video testimonies
In March, the Member Services Committee approved Magnfi as a new preferred vendor. Magnfi, founded by Doug Dilbert, Jr., helps you get video testimonials from your clients. You select the clients and Magnfi will send them a link to record their testimonial (up to 50 seconds) with a smart phone, tablet or computer. Magnfi can edit and customize with options like music, brand logos and a call-to-action. Service is $29/month for one video and discounted packages for six or 12 videos.
