As of February 27, 2018, Realist displays public records data in all 88 Ohio counties. Only 23 counties were previously included in Realist data.
Links from the parcel number on listings in MLS go directly to the Realist detail page for all counties. Auto-population of tax data for new MLS listings is not yet configured in the additional counties but should be completed in the coming weeks.
Reverse links to the county auditor page from the Realist detail page are not yet configured for all new counties. Some counties will not be able to be direct-linked due to limitations of the individual county auditor’s website.
