Designed for new and experienced brokers, this course provides an overview of broker responsibilities as they relate to the Columbus REALTORS®, the Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS and the Ohio Division of Real Estate.
Topics include forms and contracts, professional standards, membership requirements and benefits, as well as Association resources available to support brokers and their agents. You'll also learn about professional development, advocacy, member services, and other tools available through Columbus REALTORS®. This orientation will help brokers better understand their responsibilities and make the most of the resources available to support their brokerage.
