Columbus REALTORS® Top Professionals Under 40!
The annual Top Professionals Under 40 awards, sponsored by the Young Professionals Network, are given to real estate professionals, under the age of 40, who are successful in their real estate career and have demonstrated enthusiasm, innovation and commitment to raising the bar in real estate. (This award was formally known as the "10 Under 40" award.)
We are happy to announce some exciting changes to the 2025 Top Professionals Under 40 Awards! Here's a brief overview of the changes made to YPN's signature award:
- There will now be two applications: one for REALTORS® and one for Affiliates
- The grading committee will be comprised of past winners, two members of the 2025 Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors and the Co-Chairs and Co-Vice Chairs
- The applications will be graded on a 100-point scale
- Letters of Recommendation will be sent to staff, (rather than uploaded to the online form by applicants)
