SupraOne (BrokerBay)
We're excited to announce the launch of SupraOne/BrokerBay, the new showing management platform for Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS subscribers. The launch will occur in two phases to provide members with time to become familiar with the system before showings begin.
🚀Phase 1 (July 7, 2026) – Soft Launch: Learn the platform, claim your account
Beginning July 7, members can access SupraOne using Single Sign-On (SSO) through FlexMLS.

During this soft launch period, users can:
- Claim their SupraOne account
- Complete their profile setup
- Configure showing instructions for their active listings
- Become familiar with the SupraOne platform
Please note:Â
•While members can begin setting up their accounts and listings on July 7, showings cannot be scheduled until SupraOne’s full showing option officially launches on July 28.
•The ability to schedule showings with ShowingTime through FlexMLS will remain for the time being.
•While SupraOne is a new member benefit, your brokerage remains in control of choosing its own showing service, just as it does now.

🎊Phase 2 (July 28, 2026) – SupraOne Showings Go Live
Starting July 28, members can schedule and manage showings through SupraOne using the same login methods listed above. To help ensure a smooth transition, Columbus REALTORS® and Supra will offer in-person and virtual training opportunities.Â

A representative from Supra will be in Columbus for in-person training on July 29 and July 30. Live virtual training will be available in July & August, with more to be added throughout 2026.
