Columbus REALTORS® is pleased to share that we have partnered withCrexito provide our COCIE members with Crexi PRO, allowing you to list, manage, and market your CRE listings to 20M+ users in their database. COCIE members will also have unlimited access to market and property data, such as comps and full ownership contact information.
Columbus REALTORS® relationship with Catylist will end on Sunday, April 30 at 11:59 p.m. The new partnership with Crexi begins at midnight on Monday, May 1. Active COCIE members will receive an email from Crexi asking them to activate* their new Crexi account. Please follow the steps in the email from Crexi and activate your account. Once signed in, you can review your live deals and begin to see the available tools.
Check out the Crexi help center for videos, tutorials, and resources on how to use Crexi to help you close deals faster. We highly encourage you to attend the in-person training session led by Crexi at our Columbus REALTORS® headquarters on May 18 at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. Multiple webinars will be scheduled for your convenience if you cannot attend in person.
We are excited to offer our members more industry tools and cutting-edge technology specific to growing your CRE businesses. As an additional member benefit, Columbus REALTORS® will hire a full-time Commercial Liaison in the coming months to ensure data accuracy and fully researched market analysis. This new staff member will serve as our commercial members' primary point of contact and be available to brokerages for office meetings.
