From September 16 through 20, Columbus REALTORS® transformed into an education hub for REALTORS®, brokers and affiliates in Central Ohio. In the first-ever “Back to School” Week Presented by Columbus REALTORS®, over 300 students attended 15 classes or events here at 2700 Airport Drive. During the week, our members earned a total of 475 Continuing Education (CE) hours, and 539 Professional Development hours.

Classes were taught by instructors who are experts in their fields: residential and commercial real estate, graphic design, cybersecurity, taxes, artificial intelligence, home inspections, mortgage lending, verbal and non-verbal communication, credit scores and more. The curriculum also included a 2-day Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation Class, which usually costs $295 but was free for members, and one of four steps required for REALTORS® to gain the ABR designation.

The week ended with a special Leadership Panel, focused on providing insight and advice to members with the participation of members of the Columbus REALTORS® Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy Graduates and Award Winners. Three Columbus REALTORS® staff members, three nationally recognized speakers, three affiliate members and our very own President Elect all taught classes.

The staff at Columbus REALTORS® held daily raffles for Cameron Mitchell gift cards and a grand prize drawing for one winner’s 2025 Columbus REALTORS® local dues to celebrate and show our appreciation to our members.

“Back to School” Week sponsors included Huntington, Northwest Title, Go Mortgage, Home & Commercial Inspections LLC and The Union Bank Company.
