As of May 1, 2023, Columbus REALTORS® has partnered with Crexi to provide COCIE members Crexi PRO, allowing you to list, manage, and market your CRE listings to 20M+ users in their database. You will also have unlimited access to market and property data, such as comps and full ownership contact information.
Who will benefit most from COCIE?
- Commercial brokers & agents - both large and small Commercial agents working in predominantly residential firms
- Agents interested in transitioning from residential to commercial
- All others in Central Ohio desire access to commercial real estate property information locally and throughout the country.
- In addition, developers, utility companies, and economic development directors will also benefit from the COCIE property information.
HOW TO BECOME A COCIE MEMBER
Membership Levels:
- Columbus REALTORS® Members: $135 per month
- Non-Columbus REALTORS® Members: $180 per month
- Economic Development Offices: $125 per month
NOTE: All membership levels are per user and paid quarterly.

Option 2: Via the Columbus REALTORS® Member Portal
- On the homepage, click on "Subscriptions" on the left side menu
- Click "Subscription Actions" in the top right corner
- Click "Add a New Subscription", Select COCIE in the "Product" dropdown menu
- COCIE will be added to your account and you will be prompted to pay the special member price for the subscription
