This two-hour continuing education course introduces real estate professionals to the fundamentals of commercial zoning and land-use regulations. Participants will hear from Columbus Building and Zoning Deputy Director Anthony Celebrezze on the latest updates to the zoning code and Zone-In. Realtor and Zoning Consultant James McFarland will teach participants about common zoning classifications, permitted and conditional uses, variances, and how zoning impacts commercial property transactions.
