The 12th annual Joint Industry Forecast will be held on February 2 & 3, and Columbus REALTORS® members will have two opportunities to attend this year's forecast. The first session will take place on Thursday, Feb. 2, from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., with an identical encore presentation taking place on Friday, Feb. 3, from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Both sessions will occur at Villa Milano Banquet & Conference Center (1630 Schrock Rd., Columbus, OH 43229).
Dr. Ted Jones' entertaining annual presentation will focus on housing sales, mortgage rates, inflation cycles, employment numbers, and recession expectations. He will be reviewing real estate trends for both residential and commercial sectors. One hour of CE will be credited to attendees.
* As of Tuesday, Jan. 17, all ticket sales are being processed through Eventbrite. Any tickets purchased before Jan. 17 through the Columbus REALTORS® portal will be honored.
