The class equips participants with the knowledge needed to identify, underwrite, and mitigate risks in complex commercial transactions.

Commercial Division Manager with Northwest Title
• Real estate attorney with 20 years of commercial real estate
experience. Brad has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in real
estate transactions with local and national clients, developers, brokers,
lenders and attorneys.
• Manages the Commercial Division escrow and underwriting team, and
mentors the team when solving complex title issues and closing
complex transactions. Brad also acts as a liaison between Northwest
Title and the commercial real estate industry, introducing clients to the
Commercial Division’s services.
