Worried about MLS Data Maintenance Fees? Attend the "Real Estate Data Accuracy" webinar and discover where to find the information needed to load an MLS listing. This class offers a detailed overview of MLS policies to ensure listings are entered accurately and completely. MLS policy violations that can trigger data maintenance fees and fines will also be explained. You will also learn how the fines are assessed and how to waive a fine.
The listing agent must attend to be eligible for a fee waiver. The listing agent may attend the Real Estate Data Accuracy class up to two (2) times per calendar year (Jan-Dec) for violation of two different policies and receive up to $100 in waivers each time. Admins and assistants are welcome to attend but are not eligible for a fee waiver.
