Columbus REALTORS®, the leading voice for real estate in Central Ohio, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Adeline Syring as its new Director of Development and Community Partnerships. Syring brings a wealth of experience in community engagement, nonprofit operations, program management, and relationship building to this pivotal role.
In her new capacity, Syring will be responsible for leading the day-to-day efforts of the Columbus REALTORS® Foundation, the organization’s 501(c)(3) charitable arm. She will also lead the Central Ohio REALTORS® Political Action Committee (CORPAC) fundraising efforts.

Syring comes to Columbus REALTORS® from LifeTown Columbus, where she served as Program Director. In this role, she was responsible for implementing, overseeing, and evaluating all organizational programming, including daily operations and special events. Syring also oversaw significant financial responsibilities at LifeTown Columbus, including the management and disbursement of annual scholarships, developing program budgets, and preparing grant and accounting reports for donors and governmental agencies.
Syring's efforts at LifeTown Columbus resulted in significant growth and impact for the program. She also monitored attendance and engagement to track and analyze evolving trends, supporting roughly 5,000 student visits annually. Syring also represented the organization at community engagement and outreach events and implemented and utilized various data collection methods amongst constituents to assess program efficacy, satisfaction, and areas for potential growth. She also served as Chairperson for the LifeTown Advisory Board, engaging professionals and promoting organizational visibility through additional fundraising and engagement initiatives.
Before her role at LifeTown Columbus, Syring was a Guest Instructor for ESC of Central Ohio & Columbus City Schools. She also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Shamansky Co., LPA, where she conducted formal intake interviews for potential clients, reviewed case discovery, conducted legal research, and collaborated with firm attorneys and other professionals. Syring holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Concentration in Law & Democracy from The Ohio State University.
Her commitment to community service is evident through her extensive volunteer work. Since 2018, Syring has served as a Guardian Ad Litem for CASA of Franklin County, where she is an officer of the court and advocates for children involved in the child welfare system. Syring is also the Founder of The North American Rescue Collective, a 501(c)(3) grassroots organization that assists public animal shelters throughout the Midwestern and Southern states.
