You may know the State of Ohio Canons of Ethics and the NAR Code of Ethics, but do you know how to relate them to a level of professionalism to be a prepared agent?
The traditional real estate office has changed. No longer are agents interacting with each other in an office setting and being able to receive instruction in the community office environment from other agents, removing one of the most important training opportunities from our profession. In addition, this course is designed to give agents the basics of real estate practice and give them the tools to create their own support system.
The Core Skills of Real Estate include:
- Ethics; standard practice relating to properties, people and paperwork (Professional Standards of Conduct) and (Personal Code of Conduct)
- The Agent's Role
- Agent's "Team" of Professionals
- Contract Completion and Execution
This course is designed for the newly licensed agent and as a refresher for the experience agent.
Cost: $30 for members; $40 for non-members if paid by 2/4/19; $40 for members, $50 for non-members on the day of class
