COCIE working to provide members the best information exchange service

It has been another exciting year of updates and services for COCIE and Xceligent and we are excited about what we’ve accomplished and what’s in store for the soon approaching year 2018! Some of the software updates and additional offerings may have been missed during this busy year of commercial real estate activity and now is a great time to familiarize yourself with all the tools available.

Frank Hinkle, of Hinkle Real Estate Advisors, Inc., has concluded his two-year term as the COCIE chair. Frank’s hard work, partnered with Brian Irwin, has led to increases in subscribers by adding agents and complementary service providers such as appraisers, County Auditors, lenders, etc. We are confident these additions will help defer costs from our members, which remains by far the lowest in the state, and help drive traffic and business to our members. Many thanks to Frank for his service and his re-commitment to remain on the board for an additional term.

Beginning in 2018, Ben Johnson of Colliers International will be the COCIE chair for a two-year term. Under Ben’s leadership, COCIE will continue to be the best resource for commercial agents and professionals in Columbus. Ben looks forward to overseeing the Board during the upcoming roll out of the new version of Xceligent along with the continued increase of available services offered on an al-a-carte basis. Nick Klacik of CBRE has agreed to serve as Vice Chair in 2018-19. Nick has been a valuable member of the Board and is excited to take on added responsibilities to best serve our members.

Xceligent Additional Services
Beginning in 2018, members will be able to include additional add-on Xceligent services to their COCIE account. The services provided are:

CDX (Main Product)

  • Commercial property info, lease and sale availabilities, verified sale and lease comps, tenant info, owner info, and more.
  • For Columbus REALTOR® members, cost is $103 per person, per month; $128 for Non-Columbus REALTOR® member.

Spaceful (Professional Tour Book)

  • Tour book creator utilizing property info, listing info, and other data presented through a modern intuitive electronic interface.
  • For Columbus REALTOR® members, cost is $35 per person, per month; $50 for Non-Columbus REALTOR® members.

Commercial Search Preferred (premium exposure on Commercial Search)

  • Premium exposure on the public-facing Commercial Search allowing users to generate and track leads and promote spaces to both real estate professionals and to the general public.
  • For Columbus REALTOR® members, cost is $35 per person, per month; $50 for Non-Columbus REALTOR® members.

Xceligent Direct (company listing feed from Xceligent to client website)

  • Keeps client website up to date with real time listing feed.  Eliminates the need to maintain internal listing databases and the company website.
  • For Columbus REALTOR® members (price based on brokerage, not per person)

o Under 25 Listings: $75 per month, per company
o 25-75 Listings: $120 per month, per company
o 75+ listings: $160 per month, per company

  • Non-Columbus REALTOR® members

o Under 25 Listings: $90 per month, per company
o 25-75 Listings: $140 per month, per company
o 75+ listings: $180 per month, per company
