The central Ohio REALTORS® Political action committee (CORPAC) was founded in 1994 to allow Columbus REALTORS® members the opportunity to support political issues and candidates at the local level, while also supporting the goals of the state and national REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). One hundred percent focused on issues directly impacting real estate, CORPAC financially supports candidates who promote home ownership and private property rights.
From 2010-2015, contributions by CORPAC to candidates were evenly split; 49.74% going to Democratic candidates & 50.26% going to Republican candidates.
