2018 BIA Parade of Homes Invites Realtors for Preview

The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) announced that Jerome Village, a master-planned community developed by Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI), will be the site of the 2018 BIA Parade of Homes at the highly desirable Eversole Run neighborhood.
The 2018 Parade of Homes takes place Saturday, Sept. 1 through Sunday, Sept. 16 and features seven stunning homes developed by some of the region’s premier builders. This year’s Parade builders include: 3 Pillar Homes, Arthur Rutenburg Homes, Bob Webb Homes, Coppertree Homes, Memmer Homes, Manor Homes and Romanelli & Hughes. Parade of Homes information is available at BIAparade.com. More information on Jerome Village and Eversole Run can be found at jeromevillage.com.
The BIA will host a realtor only Realtor Morning on Wednesday, Sept. 5 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., providing complimentary admission to realtors who show their business card. They also receive a special opportunity to purchase discount tickets for just $10 each; or in bulk at 20 or more tickets for $8 each. This is an exceptional opportunity for realtors to build business and client relationships by offering tickets to the region’s most anticipated homeownership event to their clients. BIA member realtors enjoy even greater perks, with member tickets available for $8 each or just $7 each for 10 or more.
"Our realtor guests, and the clients they host, will find that this year’s Parade of Homes will rival any in recent years," said BIA Executive Director Jonathan Melchi. "The diversity in architectural styles, combined with the outstanding quality-of-life offerings of Eversole Run at Jerome Village will create an unmatched experience for and offer incredible sales opportunities for realtors."
Located in Jerome Township, in the Dublin City School District, Eversole Run is an exclusive neighborhood within the expansive Jerome Village community that offers residents a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Home prices range from $750,000 to more than $2 million, with homes situated on spacious, park-like lots surrounded by mature trees, a ravine and a water feature.
The Parade of Homes was held at Jerome Village in 2013. With its return this year, parade goers will have the opportunity to experience the broad spectrum of homes offered in one of the region’s most desirable communities, including those in the $1-2 million price range.
More than half of Jerome Village’s 1,600 acres has been developed. It includes 13 neighborhoods, a community center featuring a restaurant, pool and fitness center and ample trails that connect into the Glacier Ridge Metro Park trail system.
