Who Should Attend: Anyone who is in a distressed home situation or are potentially in a distressed home situation and needs information and needs to know what steps to take to help their situation. REALTORS® -- bring your clients or anyone you know who could use this knowledge. (Many times, REALTORS® are the first contact.)

Ohio has one of the largest home foreclosure rates in the country, and the number of foreclosures keeps increasing for the Columbus and Central Ohio areas.  REALTORS® continually need the information of the many programs available to help their clients. All need to have the proper information to avoid the scams that are prevalent. People who are in a possible foreclosure situation need to know where they can turn to get help and information.

There will be time for questions and answers. In addition, one-on-one counseling can be made available.
