Much of the behind the scene work on COCIE's market trend reports is done with the help of four Advisory Boards comprised of local market experts. Here we take a look at how the data is compiled.
The Commercial/Investment (C/I) Section was created in 1994 to serve the needs of CBR members involved in the purchase, sale or lease of commercial land, office, apartment, industrial, investment, and retail real estate.
The Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE) is a property database which, unlike a listing database (i.e. a traditional MLS), a property database system includes an inventory of all properties whether listed or not. Both CBR members and non-members are able to enter listings in COCIE as well as their own listing photo(s) and attachments. However, only COCIE Participant listings will display on the Commercial Property Search available to the public.
