Extension of homebuyer tax credits now law
President Obama signed a measure that includes an extension of the $8000 first homebuyer tax credit that was set to expire at the end of November. In addition, the bill creates a $6500 tax credit for homeowners who purchase a new residence.

Delaware County ranked healthiest in Ohio
In a ranking by the the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, Delaware County was chosen as the healthiest in Ohio based on health factors such as diet and exercise, education, safety and access to medical care.
